Remember the price of .06 per call? They would have to only pay .063 per call and have Teleblock screen all their calls, and know they were 100% in compliance with the new regs..

Remember these laws are already on the books in some states, so TeleBlock may already be generating some policical do not ROBOCALL revenues!
