Thanks for sharing the info from your visit to Houston, great to hear you’re even more bullish now…

I think Siedhoff has 4.2 mil left +/-, and maybe less now… but IMO opinion he’s smart enough to keep a couple million tucked away for awhile, and in the mean time monetize the balance for another project.

What I found the most comforting in doing the DD; was that Ron and crew want to keep things under their control. S.O.S. directors kept on board just long enough to stabilize the process of the reverse merge, and then they parted ways.

Then on the ElectroWave acquisition, Martin Kershman, who has served as President of ElectroWave for eight years; assists in the transition of ElectroWave into the Deep Down family, but eventually parts company with Deep Down and Ron elevates Lieutenant Commander Gregory Boucher (retired, USN) to the vacant position.

In my opinion building a solid team, the proper way. These individuals who have moved on may have been great leaders for the parts that make up Deep Down, but may not have been the best visionaries for the future of Deep Down… Ron’s Deep Down...
