these bend stiffner latches are amazing-you could stand inside of it -the metal around the circumfrence where the bolts sit on top is at least 2 and half inches thick-the silver bricks (lead) are slightly bigger than a house brick--then in the middle there you will see the four blue bolts with a handle and abig nut in the middle-there are four of these around the circumfrence-an rov with an attachment will grab the bolt and then loosen it from there--if you look to the left on the floor you will see the bolts on the pallet -they slide in and then lock onto the wedges -they are called dogs-when the nut is loosened by the rov the dog then releases but stay attached to the bolt-if you look at the bolts closely you can see where they are tapered and have agroove that sits in the corresponding groove on the wedge(dog)-the whole unit is probably around two and half feet tall! and i would guess around 4 feet in circumfrence -this is just to give you guys an idea of the size of this beast!
