Do we know if TMEX has any business activity?

What is the difference between a stock with no operations, employees, products, or sales, and a shell, and why is it better to be one than the other? --For shareholders----

Am I right to figure a 100% gain on a .03 cent start price would be a sales price of .06 cents, and a 1000% gain on the same .03 cents would be .33 cents sale price---
