Just adding some clarity to who those "institutional holders" are... they weren't noted by name in the PR...they're kinda hard to find and you I really had to dig to see who they are (especially AJW, New Millenium etc).

Who exactly said "one, if not several, pilot programs will be launched giving this penny stock all the fuel it needs to run to much higher levels."

I'd say ONE pilot program is a given but who are the "several"? Could you provide the link from which you obtained this DD?
