Does this phrase have any meaning in any language?

"more overloaded with toxies, than a basement chem lab."

You use this phrase over and over but it's got no meaning that I can find... Why is it being used in a post?

Here are the times you used this phrase, or similar meaningless commentary... why?

massively dilutes constantly, using toxies.

set of 12% 'dividend-paying' toxies,

buy some 8x-Super-Toxic Convertible Preferreds.

The 8x-Super-Toxic "Preferreds" ,

before copi's massive toxic dilution was explained.

up for 8x-Super-Toxies, and other loans, and big gifts,

$100,000 cash, as a 20x-Super-Toxie,

we might buy their #1 most toxic loan.

we missed that super-toxic-biggie.

Please explain.. tia
