im not telling anybody to buy shares of deep down but you said it rig---the pps is a gift!!
the ceo himself told me if he had more money available he would be buying shares himself right now-take that for what you will -but like you said this could be the gift many people had hoped for back in the past months ,never to be seen again!(JMHO)
