I know that since the change of name to Advanced Content Services, over one million shares were dumped. Factor in the 1 for 1000 reverse split, that's a billion pre r/s shares in one day. But the authorized was only 300 million shortly before. So what I know is shares were already printed and dumped and that's the same modus operandi of the past management.

New management is welcome to turn over the records of who received these shares and at what cost, and I'll put that in the ibox.
