management has been unresponsive to many requests myself and others have complained about.

If they're administrative issues, perhaps you should clue Matt in.

If they're issues about how IH does business or are specific to the site's functionality, then you should clue me in.

Admit it. This is all about the fact that your total peoplemarks aren't showing on the Favorites page, isn't it. <g>

They do an excellent job, but a few issues (and I know more issues will pop up) have gone unresponded to.
