This management has come up with one of the most pathetic PR's I have ever seen after a R/S. Shareholders went thru this crap before "selling their own companies to themselves"
There is nothing to look forward to here as was promised.

Anyone doing business with Garr cannot be on the level. We will see once again. Maybe by 2010 we will have that dividend settlement (after 3 or 4 more reverse splits)
