Thank you Mike. About time somebody else explain things a bit. The O/S makes no difference if you end up making up for it w/ net income. Right now, this would be an excellent price, and people would be knocking each other down trying to get shares if the co. were making like .001/share with high growth and profit margin. Now the first year, is is expected to be slow, and there may be no profit, but look at all the stocks on nasdaq trading at a few dollars and losing .25/share or so. It is all based on speculation that a company will have high growth and eventually nice profits.
