Its odd that there is the name change and no new cik number. I don't see how its possible that they could have sold this many shares?. We can't look anything up under this new name without a cusip.........I have grown to hate the pinks to, and I hope one day these will be abolished. The other thing that has taken place is that the Amex has lowered its standards for companies wanting to get on that exchange.

If they sold 333,000 thousand shares at $3.00 this would eat up that million. We are looking at 177 million shares????

A million dollars is all that is awarded to these pinks "unless there has been a 505 or 506 filed, and these filings are for restricted shares. All these shares apparently have been free traded.......

I pulled up this website and got a warning from my security system that is was a phishing website, and even so I e-mailed the Ceo and got my e-mail returned, as rejected.
