this is old news. its been around since last fall

you know, sometimes you have to think that everything that gets made is not produced by credit card. We take a whole lot for granted. somebody has to get the money, buy the land, build a building, hire engineers, make an assembly line, produce the stuff, test the stuff and at the same time get the conract , and make it at production levels. I used to try to help start and run a factory. its not easy. the only salient question is why it was not done earlier: probably because they did not figure they needed it for so long

its getting made. and better armor is on the way, one that will stop a 50 caliber.
