Don't make accusations without grounds to prove it. Yes, HOF is authorized 300M shares of common stock, but it is not being dumped all at once, and they might have to sell some more along the way. It is not a big deal unless they dump huge amounts at a time without business results to back it up. It takes money to make money, and HOF is using the $ to grow the business. If this keeps going the way it has been, it would not matter if all 300K were on the market in a couple of years, because we could very well be in profits big enough to cover the shares and keep the PPS up. For example, Coke has over 2B O/S, and the PPS is $58. It's all about vision and company growth, and we have growth right now--do you have vision?
