I think that's the beauty of it. What other circumstances would cause a CEO to be more passionate about his work than having the opportunity to take his synergies(companies)public and have the capital to make them succeed to a higher level. We now own his companies, but he still pursues his forte. Awesome, he will do everything he can to make these companies grow. Give him a chance to prove that.
