GM Marine. From my DD, I believe this deal has been in the works for a while and just waiting for the right time to be unveiled, imo. I think Steen is a sharp businessman who saw an opportunity to get his company listed on the public exchage. Personally, I think he has a lot of connections in Europe, Canada and USA and will get his Co. moving along nicely.
