Dinvest, i feel like our instinct sometimes is to make things more complex than they need to be. if you look at weiss' other holdings they own a total of 1,308 positions, including a lot of RIG, SLB, some gold, etc. it's a very diverse portfolio, and i'm happy to see that they are building a position in deep down to round out what looks like some excellent stock picking.

i doubt if any one of us, no matter how close we could get to the decision-makers at weiss, would be able to glean anything more than what we already know -- they bought DPDW because they think it's going to go up in price. that's all i need to know. :)
