pennimon - the dividend is for PHGI restricted series C preferred stock. i'm not sure why the details page says that, but here's the summary page from the daily list.

as the company outlined in its PR, for every 30 shares of common held, you'll get 1 restricted series c preferred in PHGI. my guess is that the person entering the details mistook the different class of security for another company altogether.

you'll notice the + (which i presume is more like an asterik) immediately links that statement to the terms below it.

i've contacted beebe and perhaps we can get them to amend that little detail. =)
