Since they can't "legally" increase the OS after Feb 15th without issuing shares that are restricted for at least a year, I don't imagine they'll have any reason to fire up the printing press anymore. Who in their right mind would pay for shares in this company knowing that they can't cash them in for a year. The present management brain trust was able to sink the PPS from 3.5 cents a share all the way down to where we are now in a much shorter period of time than a year. That being the case, I will not be contacting the TA on a daily basis as I have in the past, because I don't expect much OS fluctuation.
