Would it be too far-fetched to think this could be use as a house wrap, to prevent homes from catching on fire, like in the california firestorms?

A home owner who is in the path of a firestorm, can then buy a large roll of the Fire Suppressant EPX Nansulate and basically wrap the house with it. If its transparent, that would be awesome.
