crashman - I think iHub is a wonderful board/forum for discussing stocks, trading, and investing. It's also very user friendly. I, for one, am happy there's a user agreement for users to abide by. Without TOU, iHub would not be much fun. If you find a post in violation of TOU, feel free to PM a moderator or admin your concern and also know that iHub has a nifty "Report TOS Violation" link that is easy to use - located at the bottom right of each post.
