Sparky just wants to go on record as being in full agreement with all the above posts.
As one who's been monitoring TIGR's daily progress since way before Christmas, Sparky's become quite familiar with base-building and pre-explosive phases.
That said, Sparky's real sure that we've seen a long period of base building and that these shares are presently posed to lift off.
For at least the next week the CeBIT event will bring more attention to TIGR thru Gametrac than the shares have ever seen.
Then in the weeks that follow, magazines, websites and newspapers will begin to carry more and more Gametrac related pieces. That's when the real explosion will occur.
And Sparky's thinks $ 1 is just around the corner!
