i have been watching tysabri closer from an investment perspective and think it is not too far away from huge exponential growth. By summer, with 2 yrs on the market, if there is no more PML, i think a huge psycological barrier will be broken for some neuros. it's a little early to tell now, but 2009, 2010, 2011 could be huge yrs for the drug. The original $4 billion prediction is no longer in the cards, but i think it will easily be a $1B+ drug and potentially more

Unfortunately for ELN/BIIB, competition is catching up so i think they will only have a few yrs as the "superior" drug....should be interesting to watch.
