Nöh, ich glaube auch nicht, dass HU Anfang Juni noch CEO von Hartcourt ist! Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass es ab 1.6. gar keine CEO Stelle bei HRCT mehr gibt. Entweder "we discontinue our operating business.." oder dieser Deal wird wahr und es entsteht eine neue Firma, bei der HRCT Aktionäre entsprechend Aktien (in welchem Verhältnis auch immer) der neue Firma bekommen.
