Mouton is French for Sheep.

Zeev drinks wine made by French sheep. Because sheep don't have opposed thumbs (among other things), winemaking is a very slow and tedious process for them. In order to make the minimum wage (a requirement in France before sheep are allowed to work at winemaking), they must therefore charge very high prices for their wine. Thus, Zeev has let it be known he pays as much as $400 per bottle for wine made by French sheep.
