Quarterly is out, I do give them credit for keeping the number of shares outstanding constant, so many pennies issue so many shares. This reassures me there is no scam here, legit. Also the fact that Bender files at all, when he does not have to is impressive. I just wish they would move a little faster, and keep us better imformed. JMHO
