Some of Chip Ganassi's teams in other motorsports might use mufflers.

I don't follow other forms of motorsports, so I don't know.

But I know that Nascar teams don't use mufflers.

Rusty Wallace never drove for Chip Ganassi though.

He drove for Roger Penske for most of the last years of his career.
