Lion Chuca,The positives I see so far are=1)I like the fact they do not take it below .001 for some reason.
2)The A/S have not increased.
3)Still people buying.
4)If the SEC gives them green light then it really rocks.Even if there is not a buyout
5)We still got 400 hundred something marks on this board=It is been watched carefully.
6)The fact it has stayed at these levels for a while now, it only spells a bammm anytime.The longer it stays here, the bigger the upside or the ride.lol.Imo


The negatives that will hurt investors:1)If there is another increase in A/S,and especially a big one.2)The SEC takes very long time to give Green light to company=Like years.3)A halt if SEC finds something that was illegal or misleading info to investors.Example the PRs.4)A R/S.5)If Willy bails like he did on SFPS.

Now why the price stays at these levels, and bid and ask spread has narrowed so much
Answer=There is a big time Flipper that owns between 15 and 30 million shares, that was flipping half when it was trading from .001 to .0018, .0017, .0016 and .0015.
MMs got tired of the BS with him, and said that is it.They narrowed the bid and ask
and holding it at these levels between .0011 and .0013.Flipper is pissed off because he can not make any money holding a huge position.
If they hold it down here for another three to 4 weeks, they will force the flipper to sell hitting the bids.So they will either absorb his shares,and then run it as they got rid of him, or they will take below .001 like .0008, and give him the chance
to buy low and start the BS again.It is up to them what they will do.
But all and all=The longer we stay at these levels, the more chances we have to see fast rides break outs higher.But ofcourse if we see another increase in A/S, then
we have an obstacle to deal with=Depends how big it is.All Imo.
