I do not know of any comical blogs but the Albany Journal that is published every Thursday had uncomplimentary articles about IAHL and PVD for three weeks in a row, and yesterday there was an Albany Journal article questioning the ownership of the Intellectual Property (Design rights) of the Loadmaster.

I can understand why PVD does not know what to do about these newspaper articles. Some times the truth is hard to deal with even for spin masters.

While no one with knowledge of aircraft certification regulations believes that PVD can get the Integrity certified with 20 passenger seats, there is really a much bigger problem with the Integrity program. PVD does not own the Intellectual Property (Design Rights) of the three engine BN Trislander so there is no legal way for Integrity Aircraft to certify a single engine derivative of the BN Trislander.

And if it is true what the Albany Journal said about the Loadmaster then it looks like this IAHL scheme is coming unraveled.
