Law of Demand. There won't be any. When the next generation needs homes, there will be more than enough. The lag for housing will be around 15 yrs (2023), before it turns up again.
That new generation is nowhere near as large as the boomers.
What will happen is, people who really want to sell will have to drop there price to unload.
I can seemy home going back to be what we paid for it in 1991,about half as much as it's worth today. I feel as if I'm not out of here by sometime in 2010, I'll be stuck here.
