The dilution per se is not the problem... at least for me. The problem or perception of such is that the company appears to have been hoist by its own petard. The company expected upfront money from its forthcoming partner, announced same in its revenue projections, and failed to deliver. In Dr. Cox's presentation yesterday, he made the comment that the outcome for partnerships and the negotiations leading to such were very difficult to predict (or words to that effect). I think Dr. Cox is doing his best to encourage stockholders and the investment community, and I believe he is generally very conservative in his public pronouncements, but I wish he had considered his comment yesterday...earlier.
