...of irrational pumpers when proven wrong. The next 10Q will show that there were still many billions of shares worth of the preferred stock outstanding at 12/31. And since relatively few of those shares could have been converted and dumped prior to the R/S, it will be apparent that they still overhang this stock and will drive the price into the dirt (not up to $1 as you predicted).
But perhaps I'm wrong and you're made of sterner stuff -- we shall see :)
