In any case, you can see for yourself on 5/20/2008 (appoximately) when the Q3 10Q filing comes out and you see the balance of Series 'A' Preferred as of 3/31/08. In the meantime, just watch the stock price and volume.

I am curious why you are so sure about all of this. Do you have some specific reason to think the stock is going to go up to a dollar? And do you have some specific reason to think that the Preferred stock will R/S? Or are you just feeling argumentative?
