Leisure Direct's In-Home Sales Expected to Generate $32M in Revenue

PERRYSBURG, OH--(Marketwire - February 15, 2008) - Leisure Direct, Inc. (OTCBB: LDTI) announced today that it expects to generate $32M in revenue from its newly formed in-home direct sales subsidiary each year. Leisure Direct will leverage its relationship with Royal Spa and its large network of over 70 affiliated dealers in 17 states to deliver as many as 4,000 units per year direct to consumers.

Starting February 27th the Royal Spa dealer network will begin promoting the in-home sales model through infomercials and direct marketing. Leisure Direct Home, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leisure Direct, expects to build a commissioned sales force of over 40 representatives over the next 12 months to support the new sales model.

John Ayling, Leisure Direct's CEO, stated, "Dave Clark, our vice president of marketing, will act as the president of Leisure Direct Home. Dave has extensive experience managing in-home sales and marketing and is a perfect fit for the position. This will allow the Company to begin generating revenue as we continue to negotiate our pending acquisitions."

Dave Clark, Leisure Direct's VP of marketing, stated, "The in-home sales model allows expansion geographically without having to invest in a brick and mortar outlet. This approach gives customers a more personal experience by having the sales representative meet with them one on one in the comfort of their own home."

Royal Spa and its participating affiliates will handle general marketing which will drive leads to Leisure Direct's sales staff. By using a commissioned-based sales approach, each salesman will act as a virtual dealer in their geographic location. Leisure Direct Home will then use Royal Spa's network of dealers across the country to provide installation and service.
