Orbimed Advisors, who was previously a 7.5% holder, filed a Form-13G on 11/7/07 showing they had sold out completely as of that date.

Polaris Ventures, who was a 5% holder in April 2007, no longer meets the 5% threshold needed to file Form-13G, evidently.
