1-month T-Bills are up 86 Basis points so far this month while 3-month T-Bills are up about 21 Basis points in the same period.

6-month, 1-year, and 2-year are all down during February.

I really do not know what's causing the inversion of the 1-month and the 3-month T-Bills. The rise in the 1-month T-Bill coincided with a rise in the stock market, so maybe some of that money has rotated into equities or commodities.

I'd be interested in anyone else's take on this, as it is quite unusual.
