Ok gang, I just spoke with Bob Genesi, our CEO. BrentJanice had the correct numbers for O/S and float, but the A/S is only 100 million shares. The T/A has been advised of the correct float, so that should be corrected soon. At least they are free to give out the share structure information, the company isn't hiding any thing from us there.

Also, FRGY's lawyer is working hard on lifting the restrictions on Etrade and Scottrade. They feel there is no reason as they are fully reporting and solicited. The restrictions on online buying should be lifted shortly, in the meantime, you can call in buy orders.

They will be informing us of progress on the developments that the company has been working on shortly - I didn't get a precise definition of 'shortly'...
