Not at all. This most recent problem cropped up in 2005. Megas was hired to do something to turn March Indy around in 1999. He failed in that. Between then and 2005, the shell was "hijacked" twice. Nothing I can find suggests that Megas even tried to put a viable business into it. And then it was hijacked once again.

Not a very impressive track record.
