qprc in terms compared with every stock I have checked over the past year or 2 for shares structures qprc is the only one that has no dilution and it proves out at least back to 2003.

Now we have the rest of the penny market compare there dilutions and A/S increases.

Now we have QPRC unchanging in shares structure for reasons.

I believe qprc is a gem out of the lot unless I mist some TA on other.

I just did another TA check on QPRC, it remains unchanged dating back to 2003.

Since they are a non-filing company there is NO WAY you could know whether they had dilution. Stop the lies.
