masta.. i have a suspicion that all shareholders are being investigated for their trading activities.. ive mentioned this in the past as i saw a poster make a comment about such an event being conducted over on the rb board... considering whats at stake here, it appears to me that the powers that be would rather try and find a way to point the wrongdoing at the little guys than to go after the big finance houses that as many believe, naked shorted the hell out of this and now dont want to have to be accountable... considering all the investigative agencies that were involved here once the shareholder suit was initiated and basically how most all have been stonewalled and given up (with exception of the sec but that is just my opinion) and we are relying on the sec to bring us justice, i just have a feeling that if any fingers of wrongdoing are going to be pointed, they might be at the shareholder base.. all imo... i also have an opinion there are people in this stock that might be acting as some kind of a hedge fund type mgr or pooled fund mgr that may have shorted this as its my understanding only people with big bucks can do that... those people may be the ones that hold such peculiar positions and post such odd comments that seem unusual for someone who holds a retail long position and would benefit from a price spike up (but are doing their best to ensure it doesnt go in that direction with all their negative and doubt promoting post)..... again all imo but i just think something odd is going on... plus some people claim to have been in contact with the sec person in colorado and have had conversations with him.. considering my call has never been returned and they got access, it makes me wonder if they may have some business credentials that none of us independent retail share owners do and thats why the sec guy talked with them because they represent big bucks..again all in my opinion....
