as i've said before we created the mess we need to clean it up....rome wasn't built in a day and neither will iraq. imo it needs to be split up as those people can probably never get along.....as for displaced person, please i hardly think i'm thrilled with that and want those people back home asap. i would suppose that a cleansing was needed after years of a brutal dictatorship....talk to me in 10 years and lets see what iraq looks like then. as for al sadr who knows what they'll do though they just reaffirmed the cease fire so their is hope there still. look war isn't a very pretty thing and we could of hqad this took care of years ago IF we were willing to accept massive casualties on both side which we would not do, so this is what we get., a drawn out process that is going to take time. we went there for a reason... to rid the country of brutal dictatorship wmd aside. you seem to forget we are at war with radical islam and saddam was a supporter of that no matter what you think, just ask the israelis......and also a threat to world oil supplies. we are there we will be there ieven if obama is elected. we will do the job. it's inevitable
