Steph do you really believe that crap? Its ok for them to sell Missle defense systems to countries bordering Isreal but not ok for us to sell Defense systems on countries bordering Russia or other NATO countries? Remember we are talking about defense systems not offensive missles. And you think Bush is a war monger, he could probably learn a thing or two from Putin. IMO of course
