Hedgy - the difference in our assumptions is that you believe the management team is involved. Obviously, I do not belive they had anything to do with it. Go back to my messages over a period of months and you will see that I said this stock was under attack and being manipulated. In my opinion, that manipulation involves the MM who can get away with what he is doing on the Pink Sheets, Ice Man, aka Barry Davis, who publicly stated months ago that he had buyers willing to come in and take over the company (and they were prepared to remove some of the current management team), and a host of individuals populating the boards with messages claiming the stock will go to zero and the company will collapse - most notably a poster called "uptick"

Any one of these actions, alone, might be considered malicious, but combined, they form "collusion" and "intent".

Bat has made some good points on how the raping of a company occurs. And there are unsavory types who start companies on the pink sheets to do exactly that - beef the company up, increase the stock price, give themselves shares and then sell off the company. But NNRI management has not sold any shares - that tells you something. So what happened???

Barry Davis sold shares while telling the public the stock was going to fly to $20. He is the kind of person Bat is talking about. And, unfortunately, he had an opportunity to associate himself with NNRI thru a 3rd party. When he found out the company did not want to use his unethical promo techniques, he found someone else who could help him make money. Remember, this guy lives off the pink sheets markets. He knows how to play the game backwards and forwards. Idiot that he is he probably thought he could get a buyer for the company that would allow him to do exactly what Bat said could be done. But first, he had to get the price down real low - to make it a great takeover candidate. He needed the MM to control the buying and selling to keep the price moving down. (He can do that on hte pinks since it isn't an auction market) And he needed his bb buddies to keep a little panic on the stock.

If someone were able to take over the company now they would benefit from the ATOLL cash flow as well as valuation. This gem is ripe for the picking and if the wrong people are able to pick it up then you will see what Bat said will come true.
