I still hold some shares, but...

company delays earnings on the day of earnings and issues a cryptic press release that allows shorts to continue to rule --- even though company is fully aware of the huge short position - not shareholder friendly to say the least and just like old times. Thought the new CEO would stop all this historic mismanagement and start instilling some investor confidence - but so far so bad. A shame too - think they have big potential - but a few more slip ups and they could go under.

If tooling deposits are an accounting issue it likely means that company net assets will take a hit since they are listed as an asset of nearly $200 mil on the books. Auditors likely want them to depreciate appropriately or write off and company saying no - but this is something that should be resolved soon and should have been resolved in time to keep earnings on schedule. Something is tingling the senses and saying this just ain't right - there's likely more bad news out there. Again, a major shame as this could have been a breakout quarter.
