The Company is very dynamic as you well know. For many reasons, we
constantly have wells placed on line as well as taken off. Maintenance,
reworks, enhancement techniques, nitrogen content etc are variables that
require this.

That being said, you will see in our latest financial reports references to
production that is what you are most interested in. Also, because we
believe the underlying stock price trades primarily because of proven but
undeveloped reserves--similar to the Company Noble Gas, the most exciting
data is that of our reserves held. We are in the process of having
additional valuations on the recent acquisitions done which we are excited
about.

As per our report, we own one TPU unit that we have been using for extensive
R & D and remodifications. There will be additional news relative to
findings and expansion of this division soon.
