AECS - I have had a communication back today (copy below) from the old directors explaining that their formal resignation was submitted in September of last year. I have forwarded this information on to Virginia Sourlis who is assisting AECS with the whole RM process and suggested that the company issue a press release once all is completed so that shareholders receive the necessary updates.

Lamentablemente el abogado, Jim Enman, no le informo correctamente. Las “resignaciones” fueron efectivamente firmadas en Septiembre del 2007. De cualquier manera le agradezco por la información ya que me forzó comunicarme con Jim Enman el abogado sobre este tema.
