I remember seeing somewhere in TsNIGRI papers (not mentioning general statistics for "technogene piles") that, to make it economical, big part of production cycle should be performed directly on site. They say that "according to Krong" this wouldn't require any special licenses or permits. I don't know... these above the ground cyanide procedures... with environmental movements on the rise in Roshal... 160 km from Moscow...
