i'm not; imho stock was halted because the promoters have a history with the sec. not a good history mind you. vancouver was notorious for pump and dump scams in the 90's and many of these players, after the tsx.v took over the vse, moved to pink sheet promotions. I have a feeling the only gold bolivar mines is to be found in pawn shops or on the fingers or teeth of the promoters.
