Binder seems Gore got a 4:00 Friday Afternoon Christmas Present. The Presidency of the USA handled to him by numerous hand recounts and never a record. No telling how many of the under votes were counted more than once.
But it will not matter because GORE is going to win so do not get SORE just because they have manipulated the CHAD store and it was quite an expensive and thought out CHORE. But the bottomline is the country is about to be GORED and will probably bleed to death.
