I am very excited about the potential of ASII next week and in the future, but I have some concerns about their possible acquisition/merger with Global Staffing Services.
First, am I correct in assuming that Global is at the moment a privately owned company? I could not find definitive information either way.
Also, what possible benefits would Global receive from merging into ASII? Don't get me wrong, but I dont see why an 8 figure company would want to merge with a pinky stock. Any thoughts?
